Dangerous Journeys

Highland Archive Centre, Inverness. For children ages 8-11. Cost £3.75 for High Life Highland Members or £5 non-members

The Highland Archive Centre holds millions of exciting documents from the last 700 years! Come and discover what it was like to travel across the Highlands in the past by canal, horse and steam train. We'll look at diaries from the 1700s, maps from the 1800s, photos from the 1900s and try to imagine what a journey of the future might look like! Although this event will take place in Inverness the stories will come from across the Highlands.
