The RCAHMS team is coming up to survey Creag an Fhithich (Dounie Hill) hillfort near Edderton on Tuesday 17th September 2PM. Meet the Forestry Commission Scotland Archaeologist Matt Ritchie and RCAHMS surveyors onsite as they record the unusual hillfort of Creag an Fhithich (Dounie Hill). Meet onsite at 2PM for a tour and description of survey techniques. The event is free of charge and no advance booking is required.
