Conference: Ask an Expert [Glasgow]

 A free, one day archaeology fact finding event organised by Scotland's Coastal Heritage at Risk Project, for people to find out about archaeological techniques and services in Scotland. 

Information on:

  • Archaeological Materials and processes with experts from Aberdeen, Glasgow, Stirling and St Andrews Universities, National Museums of Scotland and AOC
  • Survey & Visualisation with experts from Historic Scotland, Nautical Archaeology Society and York Archaeological Trust
  • Communication and Presentation with experts from BAJR, Northlight, Interactive digital media specialsists, designers and illustrators
  • Resources, research tools and more, with experts from RCAHMS, National Library of Scotland, Society of Antiquaries and Archaeology Scotland

The day is aimed at people who are interested and take part in archaeology and heritage activities in a non-professional capacity.
