Workshop: reflectance transformation imaging [Inverness]

16 June 2015, Starts: 10:30, Ends: 13:00

Object photographer and archaeologist Michael Sharpe will offer tuition in reflectance transformation imaging, a specialist photography technique that allows us to create images giving the effect of light travelling across objects – great for revealing otherwise lost details on archaeological items. The images we create in these workshops will go towards telling the story of Inverness’ Roman Iron Age past in our Ground Floor Gallery this autumn, Participants are requested to take part in both workshops. This programme is supported by the Art Fund’s Treasure Plus Programme.
