Skye & Lochalsh in Print 7: A Description of the Western Isles of Scotland - Martin Martin - 1698
Walk to Loch Sneosdal from the burial place of Martin Martin's ancestor Aonghas na Gaoithe. Martin Martin wrote in the 17th century about Skye weather and tides and recorded valuable information about the local use of plant and other remedies to treat disease.
