Rhind Lectures [Edinburgh]

The Annual Rhind Lectures will be held this year 24-26 April, with the theme of British Archaeology: its progress & demands. This year it will feature a range of speakers. As usual the series is free and open to all. You can come to all or only selected lectures; there is no need to book.

British Archaeology: its progress and demands, was published by Rhind in 1858. Taking this key work as the overarching theme sessions will explore a range of topics through an engaging programme of talks and panel discussions. Speakers include Professor Audrey Horning FSA, Queen’s University Belfast, Professor Richard Bradley, University of Reading, Dr Jacqui Mulville, Cardiff University and Professor Ian Baxter, University Campus Suffolk.
