Childhood Joy! Get Hands on with IMAG Retro Toy Collection

Organised by Inverness Museum and Art Gallery

Drop in past IMAG's upstairs foyer between 1pm and 3pm for the chance to handle some of the museums retro toys and have the chance to speak to a member of staff about our handling collection loan service.

2026 is 800 years since Dingwall first received a Burgh charter. So, there will be many celebrations in Dingwall this coming year. It all starts with this light projection on to the front of the Townhouse, ie the front of the museum. The lightshow will portray images past and present,  most of which have come from the Museum's archive footage. 

There will also be a lantern parade by the primary school pupils and shop windows will be dressed with images.
