The lost township of Dubh Clais, Lochinver

Ranger led guided walk near Lochinver to the ruins of the Highland clearance township at Dubh Clais, and learn about how they lived. Lots of woodland and river edge wildlife to see including fungi, signs of otters, herons, black-throated divers and woodpeckers. Fantastic views to Suilven and beyond. This path is boggy in places. Total length 8km. Bring packed lunch.
