Independent social audit specialist and facilitators required

ARCH Golspie class at workNow that the ARCH Stop, Look and Listen project is drawing to a close we would like an independent social audit to assess the impact of the project, and compile a report of its findings for the ARCH board and our funders. Further information about SLL can be found on the ARCH courses webpage.

We require both asocial audit and independent facilitators for 6 meetings. The brief for both contracts is outlined below, and the pdf versions of these can be downloaded from our documents library.

 
Social Audit for the Stop, Look and Listen Project
 
The project is drawing to a close, and ARCH would like a social audit to assess the impact of the project, and compile a report of its findings for the ARCH board and our funders. 
 
Completion Date: end of October 2012.
 
We require that all those tendering for this contract be able to demonstrate a proven track record in doing social audits. A familiarity with the monitoring and evaluation processes of the Heritage Lottery Fund’s Heritage Grants Programme and Highland LEADER monitoring and evaluation processes would be desirable.
 
Please submit costed specification for provision of above services, by email, to archhighland@googlemail.com, no later than 31st July 2012.  
 
Independent Facilitation for the evaluation of the SLL programmes:
1. To chair up to six evaluation meetings in September 2012 with participants from the 6 SLL programmes and outreach events in order to enable final evaluation of this Project for funders.
2. To provide a report of findings to the ARCH Board of Directors, for publication to funders and elsewhere as the Directors see fit.
 
Completion Date: end of October 2012.
