Funding awarded from NHLF for The Golspie Fishertown Project
27 February 2024
We are delighted to announce that ARCH has secured funding from The National Heritage Lottery Fund to run a community project to research The Golspie Fishertown, a somewhat forgotten aspect of Golspie's heritage.
If you have information or stories of the area, memories of family members who lived and worked there, are new to the community and want to find out more or simply want to come along and explore, you are more than welcome.
Thanks to the NHLF funding the project is free to take part in and will start on Wednesday 27th March 2024 10.30am - 12.30pm at the YMCA building in Golspie. To find out more please email our Development Officer, Tessa Till on archhighland@googlemail.com or call her on 07788 835466
