Wartime Remains in the focus
03 May 2013
A packed programme is on offer at the World War II and the Arctic Convoys week 6th-11th May at various locations around Aultbea. There are walks, talks, and many other activities. Click here for a full programme. Note that some must be booked in advance.
Meanwhile on the east coast, ARCH's Evanton Wartime Remains class is preparing a display about the results of the project thus far. This will be shown at the Evanton Wartime Remains Open Day, on Saturday 1st June, 10-2 at the Cornerstone Cafe in Evanton. Come to find out what the group has discovered, and to share memories and insights. We have a board of photos we'd love help in identifying! Further details about the project and some of the results so far can be found by clicking here.
