Highland Archaeology Festival!

The festival is now in full swing, with lots of events, special exhibitions, geocaches to find, a 2017 museum object tour and passport. An afternoon of workshops will take place Friday 13th October, followed by a keynote talk by Dr. Alison Sheridan on 'Before Brexit: Rethinking Highland Prehistory in the light of ancient DNA results'. The annual Recent Discoveries and Research conference will be at Highland Council HQ, Glenurquhart Road, Inverness on Saturday and Sunday 14th & 15th October. Plenty to tempt you!
